Guarantee and Returns

Any product distributed will have a guarantee against defects. The client will receive a full refund of the value of the goods without incurring any cost for the return.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need for justification. To do so, they must notify us in writing through the channels provided for this purpose.

Return Conditions

• Products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
• The delivery note or purchase invoice must be included.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or order errors.
• Returns of personalised or custom-made products will not be accepted.

Once the goods have been received and verified, we will process the corresponding refund within a maximum of 14 days.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, Polígono de Carrus will cover all collection and redelivery costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and include photographs of the defect or error detected.
